COVID-19 Mumbai Lockdown exemption for LEIL

The Maharashtra State Government has in 20th March 2020 issued orders lockdown in Mumbai until 31st March 2020- barring Payment System providers operating in RBI regulated markets. LEIL is designated as an "Issuer" by the RBI under PSS Act 2007 and operates in RBI regulated markets and is hence exempt from the said order of the Maharashtra State Government.
